• Lead the architectural design and development of projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and firm standards.
• Prepare comprehensive design proposals, including concept development, schematic design, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct site visits for quality control and to resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Manage project budgets and timelines for architectural phases.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Ensure all designs comply with national building regulations and relevant legislation.
• Research and recommend innovative materials and construction techniques.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and SACAP registration.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite).
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
