Job Description SEGULA Technologies is recruiting an Architectural Team Leader to coordinate architectural engineering activities for railway depot and online building facilities.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural design, engineering reviews, and technical coordination.
- Ensure architectural design integrity across depot and online building facilities.
Review architectural designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
Ensure architectural designs comply with project standards and applicable UAE building codes.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP engineering disciplines.
Supervise technical resolution of construction and design interface issues.
Ensure architectural compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Support construction progress and architectural inspections.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience in architectural design and coordination on major infrastructure or complex building projects.
- Proven architectural engineering leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Strong understanding of architectural design integrity, project standards, and applicable UAE codes.
Previous metro, HSR, railway depot, or transport facility experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction detailing, and technical coordination.
