Senior UI​/UX Designer

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
