Product Designer

Good design solves problems quietly; great design makes them disappear entirely, and EY needs a Product Designer fluent in both. For the remote-native Product Designer with 4 years, EY answers with $92,000 - $128,000, a remote setup, and a ladder built for climbing.

• Localize creative for the Bellevue, WA market while preserving brand consistency
• Set guardrails loose enough for mid-level creatives to surprise you inside them
• Uphold the EY brand as its standards scale across new products and markets
• Grow a scrappy HTML/CSS toolkit into a documented system the next hire inherits
• Pair Card Sorting craft with Process Improvement thinking to solve fuzzy creative problems

• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a deeply collaborative remote team

The heads-down-and-happy culture at EY is what keeps our Bellevue, WA team building remarkable things together. The unwritten rule in Bellevue is simple: leave the codebase kinder than you found it.

What we put on the table: $92,000 - $128,000,

• coaching for your Card Sorting
• benefits worth having
• freedom to grow at your own pace

We are filling this Product Designer seat now, with onboarding planned for the near term.
