Senior UX​/UI Designer Digital Transformation

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to articulate user needs and interaction flows.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and functionalities.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with project goals.
• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
