- Lead the Springs architecture team from concept to construction.
- Set vision and strategy with leadership and U.S. consultants.
- Drive design through construction, including unconventional structures.
- Manage architects and coordinate with consultants for code compliance.
- 8–10 years of architecture experience, 3+ leading teams.
- Revit proficiency and comfort working autonomously in a remote team.
