We are looking for a Product Designer to join a project in the real estate technology industry.

The product is an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals that helps them manage their daily work, property data, client communication, and identify property development potential.

We are looking for a strong product-focused designer who can take ownership of complex user problems and turn them into intuitive, scalable product experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and ideation to prototyping, validation, delivery, and development support.

This role requires strong product thinking, excellent UX and UI skills, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked on recognizable digital products or with well-known technology or consumer brands and can demonstrate meaningful product problems they have solved.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to improve existing workflows, design new features, and help shape the overall user experience of an AI-powered real estate platform.

• Own product design projects from discovery and ideation through delivery and development support.
• Translate complex user and business problems into clear, intuitive product experiences.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Work on both existing product improvements and new 0-to-1 features.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to product strategy and help define project milestones and priorities.
• Prototype and test different solutions to validate design decisions.
• Use research, feedback, and experimentation to improve the product experience.
• Design scalable solutions, reusable components, and consistent interaction patterns.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Support Engineering during implementation to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Help improve complex workflows related to property data, client communication, and AI-powered functionality.

• Strong professional experience in Product Design.
• Experience working on recognizable digital products, ideally with well-known technology or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product problems solved and clear individual contribution.
• Strong experience designing products for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to own product design from concept through launch.
• Strong UX, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills.
• Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and product experimentation.
• Ability to work on both ambiguous and well-defined product challenges.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience working on large-scale or international digital products.
• Experience launching 0-to-1 products.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI-first design workflows.
• Experience with SaaS or complex workflow-based products.
• Experience in Prop Tech or real estate technology.
• Experience with growth, monetization, checkout, subscription, marketplace, or platform products.
• Experience contributing to product strategy or roadmap development.
• Experience creating or scaling design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Experience leading cross-functional design initiatives or mentoring other designers.
• Familiarity with AI-native tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
