• A minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior design role.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rhino) and rendering applications.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams.
