• Lead the design and development of intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote-first environment.
