• A professional degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative residential work.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, aesthetics, and building technology.
• Excellent graphic communication and 3D modeling skills.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
