• Master of Architecture degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on luxury hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑end hotels, resorts, or similar projects on an international scale.
• SACAP registration or equivalent international professional accreditation is essential.
• Expert proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion) and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional conceptual design skills, creativity, and a strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
