• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on digital products.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Experience with design systems is highly preferred.
