Vectorworks BIM Specialist, Part-Time AI Design - Remote

Work on Vectorworks design tasks and explain the decisions behind your drawings.

Architecture teams need practitioners to demonstrate Vectorworks workflows. You will create drawings, floor plans, building models, and BIM outputs; record the process; explain key choices; check the finished work; and give practical feedback on assigned technical tasks. The work is remote and arranged around your availability.

• Build and refine architectural drawings in Vectorworks
• Develop floor plans and three-dimensional designs for buildings
• Build BIM models and demonstrate architectural workflows step by step
• Check finished work for accuracy and quality, then set out the reasoning behind your technical choices

• Get paid $63–$122 an hour
• Apply your Vectorworks skills to drawing production and BIM model work
• Work across building floor plans, three-dimensional designs, and BIM models
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute

• Professional, hands-on Vectorworks experience on architectural projects, plus current access to the software
• Access to Vectorworks on your own computer, and comfortable recording and sharing your screen.
• Strong knowledge in one of these areas: architecture, architectural design, or Building Information Modeling
• Professional fluency in English; able to explain technical workflows clearly, with careful attention to detail and strong communication skills
• No AI experience needed.

• $63–$122 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
