Sleep Medicine Specialist, MD

iSleep Program and Alpha Diagnostics Management invite applications for a full-time Sleep Medicine Physician to join a rapidly expanding, technology-enabled sleep practice. This position is fully remote and offers an academically oriented clinical role emphasizing excellence in patient care, diagnostic interpretation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality telemedicine consultations and expert interpretation of sleep studies, including both in-lab polysomnography (PSG) and home sleep apnea testing (HSAT/HST). Candidates with interest in innovative care delivery models and longitudinal management of sleep disorders are encouraged to apply.

• Provide telemedicine consultations four (4) days per week, including new evaluations, follow-up visits, PAP management, and longitudinal sleep disorder care.
• Interpret in-lab PSG studies and home sleep studies, delivering timely reports within expected clinical turnaround standards.
• Collaborate with an integrated administrative and clinical operations team to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
• Participate in virtual case discussions, clinical reviews, and periodic quality-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

• MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Sleep Medicine.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Sleep Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpretation of PSG and HSAT.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with telemedicine platforms.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional integrity, and patient-centered care.
