Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is ideal for early-career physicians as well as seasoned physicians looking for a new opportunity. We are looking for a physician who values autonomy and innovation, and the chance to make a lasting impact in the community.

Position highlights:

• Established practice with a loyal patient base and collaborative, supportive clinical team.

• Infusion center and clinic are fully integrated within the practice, giving physicians control over scheduling, workflow and patient experience

• Balanced patient volume with a mix of infusion and outpatient care

• Minimal hospital responsibilities; call is remote and shared between providers, with no weekend travel required

• Flexible scheduling option: alternating 4-day workweek with administrative time on Fridays

• Epic EMR

Salary and Benefits:
