Overview

Ocu Sight Eye Care Center is the Rochester, New York region’s largest, physician-owned, private practice and is recruiting for a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join its growing multispecialty, multi-location, community-based practice.

We currently have 15 providers including six comprehensive ophthalmologists, two pediatric ophthalmologists, two oculoplastic subspecialists, one cornea subspecialist, one medical retina subspecialist and four optometrists practicing in our five office locations. Almost all of our ophthalmologists are practice owners. We have successful, in-house optical dispensaries in our offices. We also have the Zeiss SMILE and Sciton mjoule laser platforms, as well.

We operate at Western New York’s highest rated, freestanding, physician-owned, ambulatory surgery center located conveniently near our offices.

Rochester, New York is located in Western New York adjacent to the Finger Lakes Region. Residents enjoy affordable cost of living, excellent housing opportunities, excellent schools, four season outdoor activities including biking, hiking, water activities, professional sports, golf and much more. Many individuals are choosing to relocate to our region for remote work due to these factors.

We are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join our large, multispecialty, physician-owned practice and enjoy the advantages it offers to its providers and patients. This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature busy schedule and transition those patients to the successful candidate. Interested individuals with fellowship training, experience or interest in refractive surgery or glaucoma are encouraged to apply as well.
