HYBRID Remote Primary Care FNP – Bilingual Spanish (Downtown Manhattan – must live in NYC metro)

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 per year.

Hybrid remote full‑time position (Monday–Friday, no weekends). Preferred candidate:
Board‑Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active NY State Provider license, at least 1 year of provider experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care. Must be fluent in Spanish.

• Provide direct patient care to all age ranges, improving quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with specialists, the Medical Director, and a multi‑cultural patient population.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients on healthy lifestyles.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Administer immunizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and committees to enhance patient care.
• Support patient‑centered medical home goals and financial sustainability.

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Active NY State Provider license in good standing.
• Minimum one year provider experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
