You ll provide simultaneous coverage and physician oversight across:
Inpatient Palliative Consult Service
Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
Home-Based Hospice Care
Census & Call Volumes
Inpatient census: patients per day (shared with APP support)
Average pages/calls: 10/day & 1 overnight
EMR: Cerner
Meaningful, relationship-centered care
Interdisciplinary support
Beautiful Northern Michigan location
Ongoing needs = consistent scheduling opportunity
Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
BLS certification
Active Michigan license preferred
