We seek physicians with expertise in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other fields with experience prescribing for midlife women's healthcare. Knowledge in men's health, testosterone, and hormone-boosting pharmaceuticals is highly valued, along with experience in weight loss and thyroid treatments. Multiple state licenses are preferred.

Your Responsibilities:- Conduct telemedicine consultations via our HIPAA-compliant video platform.
- Provide care for women navigating midlife health challenges, including perimenopause and menopause.
- Treat men seeking health and hormone optimization, if applicable.
- Review lab results and discuss treatment options with patients.
- Educate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Titrate medications based on patient outcomes.
- Prescribe medications as appropriate.
- Offer feedback to improve patient experience.
- Availability of 6-8 hours/week minimum for consultations, ideally 8-12+ hours.
- MD or DO license, preferably in multiple states.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields or hormone therapy preferred.
- NCMP certification is a plus.
- Unrestricted DEA license with experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology.
- Deep care for hormone optimization beyond prescribing pills.
