** What You Will Do
*** Interpret high-quality
** MRI studies**, providing accurate, timely, and patient-centered reports
* Offer expert consultations and guidance to referring physicians and clinical partners across
** Shields’ network of outpatient imaging centers and partner hospitals
*** Collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and administrative staff to support efficient, patient-focused operations
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring providers to enhance care coordination and diagnostic excellence
* Participate in peer learning, quality assurance, and ongoing professional development
* Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment committed to clinical quality and service excellence
** What You Bring
*** Board Certification or Eligibility with the American Board of Radiology
* Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred, but not required
* Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
* Proven experience interpreting MRI studies and managing a balanced case load
* BLS Certification and a commitment to compassionate, accurate care
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
