Telehealth Physician – Emergency Medicine; Fully Remote

Role Overview

DrHouse is reimagining how medical care is delivered. Instead of long waits or unnecessary travel, we offer patients immediate access to clinicians who can provide trusted, high-quality care from anywhere.
We’re looking for board-certified physicians eager to practice medicine in a modern, virtual-first environment. In this role, you’ll care for patients nationwide, addressing clinical needs that range from primary and urgent care concerns to chronic condition management and select women’s health issues.

• Provide real-time, video-based clinical evaluations for non-emergent health needs.
• Manage a broad panel of Internal Medicine–related conditions, including urgent care, metabolic and obesity-related issues, and common gynecologic concerns.
• Develop customized care plans informed by evidence-based guidelines.
• Document patient encounters accurately within our streamlined EHR and issue follow-up instructions or prescriptions as appropriate.
• Work in partnership with other remote clinicians to ensure cohesive, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telehealth best practices and regulatory standards.

• MD or DO with active board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or OB/GYN.
• Additional ABOM certification is appreciated but not required.
• Hold multiple state medical licenses, with preference for clinicians licensed in CA, TX, or IL.
• Confident using technology and comfortable practicing in an entirely virtual workspace.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to establish rapport through digital interactions.

• Previous telemedicine experience—or a strong desire to build expertise in virtual care.
• Interest or background in obesity medicine and chronic disease management.
• Ability to provide preventive care guidance and lifestyle counseling.

• Starting annual salary of $210,000, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
