Locations:
Westminster, Randallstown, and Baltimore, MD Responsibilities:

- Certify and recertify patient eligibility for hospice care - Complete narrative for certificates of terminal illness - Participate in weekly Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings - Develop, implement, and revise comprehensive plans of care - Provide clinical leadership and medical expertise to IDG - Write prescriptions (including controlled substances) and sign death certificates - Review medication regimens for effectiveness, interactions, and outcomes - Participate in on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays - Serve as physician designee in the absence of the Medical Director - Support inpatient and outpatient palliative care programs Candidate Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care, or relevant specialty Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Support & Team Work closely with the Medical Director, interdisciplinary team, and administrative staff Access to robust hospice and palliative care infrastructure Collaboration with inpatient and home-based hospice programs Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience Medical malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan CME allowance and professional dues coverage Community Information Westminster, MD is a picturesque Baltimore suburb in Carroll County:
