Primary Care Physician Outpatient Lynn, MA Value-Based Care Join a patient-focused, value-based primary care practice in Lynn, MA, dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. Position Highlights Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model

Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload

New physicians start with 100 patients and ramp up gradually

See approximately 18 patients per dayMonday

Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week Limited call responsibilities

Exceptional Clinical Support Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs

Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient carenot paperwork
