Remote Psychiatrist; MD​/DO – Part-Time Telepsychiatry | MN or IMLC

Fully Remote | Compensation: $171/hr | Part-Time Residential Role | MN License or IMLC LOQ Required

Are you a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist seeking a truly remote, flexible opportunity with strong clinical and administrative support? Iris Telehealth is expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care, and we’re seeking a Psychiatrist to provide 100% telepsychiatry services to patients receiving care in residential treatment settings.

Although patients are located in residential facilities, all care is delivered remotely via secure telehealth—no onsite presence or travel required.

• Setting: 100% Remote Telepsychiatry | Residential Treatment Programs in MN, WI & ND
• Schedule: 24 hours/week within 8:00am–5:00pm CST | flexible with the days/hours can be split up in 4/5 days
• Patient Population: Ages 6-19 with moderate acuity and diagnoses include ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, anxiety, aggression, and disruptive behaviors
• Appointment Times: 60 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups
• Caseload: Patients typically seen monthly, with flexibility for more frequent visits based on clinical preference

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, and neurology, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
• Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required to start; additional WI and/or ND licensure is a plus and can be supported.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry required.
• Availability for 24 hours per week during CST hours.
• Comfort treating children, adolescents, and adults in a residential treatment setting.
• Telepsychiatry experience preferred (experience with Evolve is a plus).
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
