Academic Hospitalist/Core Faculty (Desert Valley - Victorville, CA)

Location: Desert Valley, Victorville, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Resident Teaching Responsibilities

Desert Valley in Victorville, CA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a Core Faculty member. This unique role combines patient care with the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine (required).
• Will work with Internal Medicine residents - responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Preferably okay doing procedures but not required.
• Open ICU.

  Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.
• The position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Base salary starts at $250-275K.
• Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary.
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time.
• Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required).
