Today we are hiring fully Remote Diagnostic Radiologist – Flexible Schedules in (TX, NJ, MO, AL) locations.
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing tele-radiology network serving healthcare partners across Texas, New Jersey, Missouri and Alabama. This fully remote opportunity allows physicians to work from anywhere within the U.S. while delivering high-quality diagnostic interpretations in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities- Interpret and report on a variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds, in compliance with ACR standards.
- Provide timely and accurate readings within required turnaround times.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks while adhering to HIPAA and teleradiology compliance standards.
- Participate in peer review programs and ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
- Utilize advanced PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems for efficient workflow.
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Central or Eastern Time)
Flexible models available:
- 26-week rotation (13 weeks on / 13 weeks off)
- 7-on / 7-off schedule
- Full-time or part-time availability depending on volume preferences
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (A or AO )
- Active medical license in Texas, New Jersey, Missouri, and Alabama
- Candidates eligible for IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and technical proficiency with teleradiology platforms
- Commitment to accuracy, reliability, and patient-centered reporting
- Base Salary: $400,000–$800,000 (depending on experience and schedule model)
- RVU Option: $40 per RVU for productivity-based compensation
- Salaried model available for candidates preferring consistent income structure
