Practice OverviewCommonwealth Radiology Associates (CRA) is the largest private practice radiology group in Massachusetts, with over 47 radiologists and 3 physician assistants. We are a 100% physician-owned and operated group dedicated to independence, long-term growth, and work-life balance. CRA provides comprehensive imaging services across five hospital campuses and multiple outpatient centers throughout Massachusetts and Maine, utilizing both on-site and remote interpretation capabilities.
Due to ongoing growth, new contracts, and upcoming retirements we are currently hiring across all subspecialties with specific needs in Breast, Body, and Neuro. Both onsite and remote positions are available depending on the subspecialty. Many of our radiologists provide coverage for more than one location, with assignments tailored to individual preferences and geographic location.
