Ochsner Lafayette General boasts a Center of Excellence in Breast Imaging, has an Accredited Cancer Center, an accredited Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program and it is also an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center.

• Medical direction, Care team model
• Provide anesthesia services across a diverse range of specialties including bread & butter, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, urology, women’s services, healthy outpatient pediatrics
• Work across different facilities, including Main hospital, Community hospital, Orthopedic hospital, GI center, Surgical Hospital, Teaching Hospital
• Nocturnist system with no weeknight call shifts; weekend call shifts are evenly distributed among the group to ensure work-life balance
• Internal moonlighting available to supplement base salary
• Collaborate with 2 in-house CRNAs who separately cover Labor & Delivery and OR cases
• Join the busiest emergency department in the region, handling the highest level of trauma as a Level II Trauma Center

• Provide anesthesia services across a broad spectrum of cases and specialties
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver safe and effective perioperative care
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care in diverse clinical settings

• Board Certified/Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist
