Psychiatrist - Michigan

Talkiatry is seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we expand across the US. Our psychiatrists have control over their hours and where they practice, with support to remove administrative duties and enable more time for patient care.

Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists and offers the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of a private practice. We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. We do not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. Our integrated practice uses proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists to support a modern, efficient practice.

• Provide outpatient psychiatry services remotely (telemedicine) to patients, with a focus on delivering quality care.
• Participate in a robust intake process, including scheduling and allocating appropriate appointment lengths (minimum 60 minutes for intakes, 30 minutes for follow-ups).
• Utilize Talkiatry’s integrated EMR and technology tools to support patient communication, lab results, and outcomes tracking.
• Collaborate with in-house referral networks and support staff to coordinate care with specialists and therapists.
• Balance patient acuity and diagnoses by selecting patient population criteria according to personal preferences while maintaining clinical quality and efficiency.

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry. Subspecialties strongly encouraged to apply.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine; licensure assistance available.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills; willingness to learn new EMR tools.
• Proactive, collaborative work ethic and commitment to high-quality, cost-effective care.

  Total annual package typically $300K-$350K+, including base salary and productivity incentive
