Role: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth (General Cardiology or EP)

Location/Type: Columbia, MD (4–6 weeks onsite) → Remote
• MD or D.C. license

Pay: $123,528–$146,836 (all-in)

Schedule: Full-time
• Weekdays only

• Telehealth care for cardiology or electrophysiology (EP) patients

• Same pay, setup, and schedule across both tracks

This team supports two overlapping needs. We’re hiring NPs with general cardiology experience or a strong EP background
.

• Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology or EP patients

• Manage care plans using evidence-based protocols

• Handle rhythm-related follow-ups and chronic condition management

• Reduce specialist load through clean, timely follow-through

• Document visits and outcomes in the EMR

• Coordinate with cardiologists, EPs, and care teams

• Active NP license in MD or D.C. (MD required or willing to obtain)

• 2+ years cardiology or electrophysiology (EP) experience

• Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in Columbia, MD

• Comfortable managing visits independently via telehealth

• Dedicated EP clinic or device management experience

• Prior telehealth experience

• Large health system experience

• Pay: $123,528–$146,836
