Business Development - Locums Tenens

Location: Remote – U.S. (South/Southeast preferred)

Compensation: Base salary + commission

TEEMA is hiring two experienced Business Development leaders to help build and scale our locums tenens division from the ground up. • Drive new business development within locum tenens & advanced practice staffing
• Build and manage strong client relationships
• Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure exceptional service

• Prior experience in Locum Tenens or Advanced Practice staffing
• Proven Business Development / Client Management success
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup atmosphere
• Strong communicator with a hunter mentality
