• We provide healthcare to a 9-county service region, serving a population of approximately 360,000.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform preventative care, and offer health education.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
