At Banner Health , we are seeking a dedicated Hospice Physician to provide remote, flexible medical oversight for our Home Care & Hospice interdisciplinary team in beautiful Northern Colorado.

Your Role:In this role, you will:
- Provide remote support to our Home Care & Hospice team of Advanced Practice Providers.
- Serve primarily as backup coverage for the acting Medical Director.
- Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in a relevant specialty.
- Licensed to practice in Colorado.
- Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine is a plus but not required.
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

- $140/hr
- Malpractice and Tail Coverage included.
