• Be available via telecommunication or in‑person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
• Regularly perform annual chart reviews
• Consult with APN to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws, and quality standards
• Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers

• Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
• Board certified/board eligible required
• Residency completion required
• 1 year experience in Healthcare management
• Experience with Risk Adjustment
• Must reside in the state where the opening exists
