Role Description

This is a contract Physician role in a hybrid work environment, primarily based in Snoqualmie, WA, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, creating individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role also involves a commitment to patient education, wellness promotion, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications
  • Clinical expertise in primary care, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute medical conditions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and promoting overall wellness
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Active medical license to practice in the state of Washington
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
  • Familiarity with membership-based healthcare models is a plus
