- Provide expert emergency medicine insight to support the development and refinement of AI‑driven clinical decision tools.
- Review, annotate, and validate clinical data to ensure alignment with real-world emergency department scenarios.
- Evaluate AI‑generated recommendations for patient recognition, assessment, stabilization, and disposition.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to align outputs with emergency medicine best practices.
- Design and direct simulated emergency cases to ensure AI systems reflect true ED workflows and complexity.
- Contribute to the creation and review of medical guidelines and protocols embedded within AI systems.
- Deliver structured feedback to continuously improve AI accuracy, safety, and clinical reliability
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with active clinical experience.
- Strong expertise in acute care, critical decision‑making, and patient disposition in emergency settings.
- Proven ability to make rapid, high‑stakes decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with technology, clinical data, and AI‑assisted tools.
- Experience training, supervising, or leading emergency medical staff.
- Ability to critically evaluate medical data, guidelines, and protocols for AI integration.
