Northern Health is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Preference will be given to Radiologists who wish to make Dawson Creek their year‑round home; however, a blended job plan including partial remote work would be negotiable with a Radiologist or group that can meet our patients’ needs. Potential additional income in the Northeast region includes vacation coverage for Fort St.

John (two Radiologists).

Dawson Creek has a new hospital build in the works and we anticipate opening in 2027. Radiology services at Dawson Creek Hospital include:

• Interventional Radiology
• MRI (TBA)
• CT scanners multi‑detector/multi‑slice/Dual energy
• Breast Imaging Centre with tomosynthesis mammography
• Ultrasound
• X‑Ray

Prospective Radiologists must be proficient in mammography and basic image guided procedures. Modalities available include fluoroscopy, ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI.

• Hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in radiology (FRCPC).
• Be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC).
