• Medical Faculty graduate
• Possessing a Ministry of Labor and Social Security approved Occupational Health Physician certificate and at least 10 years of experience in hazardous or very hazardous workplaces
• Experienced in team management and leadership
• Preferably possessing an Aviation Medicine Certificate
• Preferably experienced in occupational medicine in the civil aviation sector
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety legislation and regulations
• Successful in interpersonal relations, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Proficient in MS Office and software programs
• Able to work full‑time
• Residing in or able to reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
• Candidates with no travel restrictions are sought

• Lead occupational physicians and other healthcare personnel working in the occupational health unit, contributing to the team's development
• Monitor legal obligations related to occupational health and safety, prepare plans, procedures, and instructions, and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, and cooperate with legal authorities and stakeholders
• Monitor, coordinate, and take action to improve all medical activities aimed at increasing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services
• Fulfil all duties required by the regulation regarding the duties, authority, responsibilities, and training of occupational physicians and other healthcare personnel
• Provide guidance and consultancy to the employer on occupational health
• Monitor and analyse plans, reports, records, and statistics related to pre‑employment and periodic health examinations of employees
• Ensure the performance and follow‑up of occupational health practices, laboratory tests, and radiological examinations
• Provide first aid in case of work accidents and illnesses requiring emergency intervention, and ensure the patient's referral to the hospital
• Provide preventive, protective, and emergency health services in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation
• Ensure the planning and implementation of training required to be provided by the workplace physician in accordance with relevant legislation
