De ideale kandidaat is een BIG-geregistreerde arts met enkele jaren ervaring in de curatieve of adviserende sector. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk, evenals de mogelijkheid om minimaal 4 dagen per week te werken. Flexibiliteit met thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
