Position: Pediatrician with Fraser Health at Peace Arch
Join Fraser Health as a Pediatrician at Peace Arch Hospital, providing critical consulting services in a collaborative setting. Support a maternity unit with over 1000 low-risk deliveries each year and establish a strong consulting practice.
Peace Arch Hospital is in search of a full-time Pediatrician to offer home-based, on-call services.

Your role will include attending C-sections, aiding neonatal resuscitations, and consulting on post-natal matters. The position features a call rota of approximately 1/5 and potential involvement in sub-specialty clinics. Collaborate with Langley Memorial and Surrey Memorial Hospitals to ensure proper neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pediatric consulting for maternity patients

• Attend C-section births and high-risk deliveries

• Provide assistance with post-natal concerns

• Develop a local consulting practice

• Coordinate with other hospitals for neonatal transfers
Requirements:

• Must be CPSBC eligible with full licensing

• FRCPC or eligibility for the designation

• NRP certification is necessary

• US certification is acceptable

• Availability for on-call responsibilities
