Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS Trust in Chester is recruiting a part-time Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care to join the Neighbourhood Community Care Team. The maternity posting runs from October 2026 to June 2027 and covers 30 hours per week.
You will provide holistic home-based care for patients with complex palliative-care needs, lead education for patients, carers and staff, promote advanced care planning and contribute to service development and improvement of palliative care
