De inzet is 8–36 uur per week, met mogelijkheid tot zowel loondienst als ZZP. Doorgroeien en supervisie zijn onderdeel van het pakket; er geldt een voorkeur voor loondienst onder cao ggz, met ruime opleidingsbudget en flexibele werkmogelijkheden.
