NHS Shetland is seeking a Consultant Anaesthetist to join the Gilbert Bain Hospital, Lerwick. The Anaesthetic Department delivers general anaesthesia, critical care, and enhanced trauma resuscitation in a remote island setting.
Full-time posts are offered with flexible hours; pro rata leave; PVG scheme checks; relocation assistance up to £8,000 and a distant islands allowance. The role provides a unique career setting serving 23,000 people across 15 islands.
