Overview
Virtus invites applications to join its II2 Eligibility Panel, responsible for reviewing and approving athlete applications in the II2 eligibility group.
Responsibilities- Review medical information submitted for athletes applying for II2 eligibility, including evidence of Down syndrome or significant physical health impairments.
- Apply medical expertise to assess eligibility decisions for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
- Medical professionals with significant experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
- Experience related to Down syndrome or significant physical health impairments.
The role is undertaken remotely and is available on a voluntary or contractual basis (approximately 3 hours per week, but flexible).
