Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a non-medical Independent Prescriber to join the Specialist Weight Management Service on a fixed-term basis. You will provide prescribing capacity for GLP-1/GIP therapies and conduct consultations in line with NICE guidance and local pathways.
You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, review medical history, tests and treatment plans, and escalate as required to ensure safe, effective care for adults with obesity.
