A growing, multi-location optometry group in southern Colorado is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its team. This unique opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with three days of in‑person patient care and two days working remotely each week
, making it an attractive option for an OD looking to live in the Colorado Springs area while enjoying greater flexibility.
The practice provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, with a strong pediatric population at its Pueblo location and a diverse mix of patients across its additional offices. Doctors are given autonomy to practice according to their clinical interests, including the opportunity to incorporate more medical optometry and disease management if desired. OCT and Optos widefield retinal imaging are available to support patient care.
Experienced technicians and scribes support providers throughout the day. Doctors typically see 15+ patients per day
, with bonus opportunities available for increased production.
- Monday-Friday;
no Saturdays - Three days on‑site / two days remote
- Flexibility regarding which days are spent in each setting
- On‑site care primarily in Pueblo, with opportunities to support other southern Colorado locations
- Starting base salary of $170,000
- Production bonus opportunities
