Psychiatrist Substance Use Treatment Facility | Fully Remote

- Parttime /Contractual, you will provide expert psychiatric care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and medication management.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing psychiatric support.
• Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with counselors, nurses, case managers, and other providers.
• Support integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding client care.

• Protect confidential information and ePHI using EHI-approved systems and secure practices.
• Use assigned accounts and maintain password/MFA security.
• Follow least-privilege access and approved technology requirements.
• Report suspected phishing, security incidents, lost equipment, or compromised accounts immediately.
• Complete required cybersecurity and HIPAA training and follow EHI security policies.

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of psychiatric residency.
• Current medical license in the state of practice.
• Current DEA registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DSM criteria, psychiatric principles, and crisis assessment.
• Experience with electronic health records and e-prescribing preferred.
• Substance Use Disorder treatment/MAT experience preferred.
• Must obtain QMHP/QIDP credentials within 120 days of hire.
• Must successfully complete, background checks, and LEIN check.
