Practice Info

• Remote emergency radiology position supporting a 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice based in Connecticut
• Interpret studies including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting and acute inpatient studies
• Environment utilizes the Clario platform and RP's MosaicOS AI-enabled platform
• Onsite radiology residency program offers opportunities for teaching and academic engagement

Responsibilities

• Interpret studies in emergency settings, including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting
• Manage acute inpatient studies as an important part of total position responsibilities
• Develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations for leadership candidates

Compensation

• Salary base of $625,000 for on-site and $600,000 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000 annually
• Commencement and/or retention bonuses up to $150,000 collectively
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• One-year partnership track with profit-sharing opportunities

Shift & Schedule

• Employment Type:
  
  Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST & weekend commitments with 7on/7off and 7on/14off options
• Evening shift: flexible hours generally covering 5pm-12am EST
• Overnight shift: 11pm-7am EST with 7on/7off and 7on/14off schedule options available
• Flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week models

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
• Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (A ) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AO )
• Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
• Residents and/or fellows are encouraged to apply
• Neuro training is preferred for late evening neuro shift opportunities
• Leadership abilities and interest are considered an asset
