100% remote, long-term 1099 independent contractor opportunity

Productivity compensation of $70 per wRVU overnight, 10 p.m."5 a.m.

$65 per wRVU evenings, 5"10 p.m.

$60 per wRVU early mornings, 5"8 a.m.

$50 per wRVU daytime, 8 a.m."5 p.m., including weekday coverage from 4"5 p.m.

Uncapped productivity compensation based on actual wRVUs; no guaranteed shift or daily payment unless agreed upon in writing

Flexible recurring assignments and block arrangements considered, including seven nights on / seven nights off for an agreed overnight segment

Proposed evening and overnight coverage window of 4 p.m."8 a.m., divided among physicians with defined handoffs; no requirement for one physician to work a continuous 16-hour shift

Separate weekend daytime coverage, 8 a.m."4 p.m.

Holiday coverage to be finalized

Active Florida medical license required

Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided or paid, with limits of $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate

No commute or onsite overnight duties

No breast imaging, mammography, onsite procedures, or interventional radiology coverage

Provide final interpretations of CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound for emergency department, inpatient, and other assigned hospital studies

Preliminary estimated volume of 30"35 reads across the combined evening and overnight coverage period

Exact hours, modality mix, wRVUs, and study arrival patterns to be confirmed; weekend daytime volume not yet supplied

Read counts are not equivalent to wRVUs

Opportunities for primary coverage and credentialed backup

Reading for other facilities may be considered by agreement, provided hospital turnaround and communication requirements are met

Communicate critical, urgent, and unexpected findings promptly and document communications according to hospital policy

Novarad PACS, Dragon Medical dictation, secure remote access, and hospital technical support
