Your fully equipped treatment areas and ultrasound are ready to go, and there’s plenty of room to grow into advanced diagnostics like HBOT, Endoscopy, HFOT, and 3D CT, customized to your interests and style of medicine.

8:00 AM | Morning Huddle With Your Dream Team
You check in with a team that actually stays. Our culture-obsessed approach means our turnover is a fraction of the average clinic’s, so you spend less time rehiring and more time building something great together.

9:00 AM | Practice the Medicine You Love
Whether your passion is GP, Shelter, Specialty, or ER, your hospital reflects the medicine you want to lead.

11:00 AM | Payroll, Compliance, IT... Handled.
While you’re focused on patients, our 90+ leader support network takes care of the business side: payroll, compliance, marketing, and IT. Your voice matters, and you never have to do it alone.

12:30 PM | Lunch & Mentorship
You sit down with one of your new grads from our immersive Mentorship Program. With an 85% retention rate among our 5th Year Alumni (many now in leadership!), you’re shaping the future of veterinary medicine and you're getting paid to teach.

2:00 PM | Sharpen Your Skills
It’s Advanced Skills Lab day! Get hands-on in surgery, endoscopy, ultrasound, ECC, HFOT, HBOT, and 3D CT alongside fellow Hippo DVMs. Our recent lab included a Liver Lobectomy, Anal Sacculectomy, Diaphragmatic Hernia, PU, & others.

4:00 PM | Check In on Your Future
